- You've been diagnosed with a new 9/11-related injury or condition.
- Your existing 9/11-related condition has substantially worsened.
- You've incurred new or additional economic losses because of the condition.
- New information is available that was not previously submitted to the VCF.
- Your original claim didn't include all losses, such as lost earnings, medical expenses, or replacement services.
